Being a leading design of ADUs in Littleton, Matthew Krick was asked to join the Littleton stakeholder group to help rewrite the zoning for ADUs, Multi-family and more. We were honored to help Littleton update their zoning code to allow for more housing types and options to allow for more affordable housing and inclusivity.
