I produced this video 8 years ago about how ADUs could be the key to providing affordable housing in Denver. Last year in 2025, Krick Design Build became the number one ADU designer in the city of Denver and presumably the entire front range of Colorado. I'm proud of all the homes we have built in Denver and hope that 2026 will be a record breaking year!
